By accessing or using the Evans Design platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The Service provides interior-design project management, including specifications, drawings, approvals, procurement, and billing tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Each organization is responsible for the members it invites.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to breach security or access data belonging to other organizations; and no interference with the Service’s operation.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plan limits (such as seats and projects) apply to your subscription. If a subscription lapses, access may become read-only until it is resolved. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf. We handle data in accordance with our privacy practices, and organizations’ data is isolated from one another.
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Evans Design and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evans Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, you may request an export of your data as described in our data practices.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the version and effective date above and ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the Service.
